Emotional Intelligence of University Students in Latin America: A Systematic Review of the Scientific Literature Published in Spanish Between 2015 and 2021

The ability to relate, listen and respond assertively in an academic, personal, social context, controlling emotions is called emotional intelligence. objective of this research was analyze the scientific evidence on intelligence university students Latin America from 2015 2021. In systematic review, Scielo, Scopus Ebsco databases were analyzed, where articles identified. Fifteen identified, which proposed dimensions, instruments definitions term results indicate that it a priority deepen increase production at American level.
